This is the latest project by Exclusive Holdings LLC – located amongst the vines in Napa Valley, it also, very appropriately for the holiday season, boasts a Christmas Tree Farm! I visited the site last week and was absolutely mesmerized by it’s charm. It is a historical piece of land in Napa, and you can almost feel the joyful memories that have taken place here as you walk it. Here are the before pictures of this estate. Unfortunately, the main house is unsalvageable with it’s awkward floor plan, so it we will be recycling materials and demolishing.
