My first project at 4300 Lillywood, Belle Meade, TN is on the market! Here is MLS LISTING! There was several exciting weeks leading-up to listing: staging, punchlist, final inspections, and landscape changes. So far, feedback has been overall, positive! It definitely commands a unique buyer in Tennessee, I am not in California anymore, Toto! For someone that has modern taste in Nashville though, I personally feel like this is the best option on the market now in this price range.
