The guys have really been blowing and going on the latest project in Belle Meade, so my partner Cheryl and I wanted to reward them with an appreciation lunch! Jose, my main for foreman, has said in the past that the guys really like this, and it is encouraging for them to keep the job going. In just 4 weeks, they have completed demo of the interior of the house, finished all rough for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and got their inspections. They have reframed a lot of the interior doors, and bathrooms, and are almost completed with drywall. Tile has already began in the bathrooms. On the outside, they have reframed the front entry, and already started exterior paint! Which gives the whole house an entirely different look. So we have made progress, to say the least!
