Ross, CA

So, completing the last stint of the Ross, CA project infinity pool and cabana has been an absolute B**ch, but we are almost there! Of course, after we had our approval, the engineer came back for one final revision to the pool retaining wall, that had to be increased in size, and thus approved. We have now obtained full approvals, and are moving forward at the most accelerated rate. This huge footing has been excavated and dug, including the construction of huge 10′ piers, rebar placed and poured within a few weeks.

The guys on-site have completed the main house, so it is just a matter of getting this pool and cabana completed, to put this house on the market. This job has been a catastrophe in terms of the development process, but has increased in value every month, as we approach summer in Marin, CA. If this can be completed in the next few weeks, we will have the house staged and put on the market (finally!). Stay tuned for more pictures!
